Server – New Restaurant Opening | Cafe Tulum Georgetown
Cafe Tulum is hiring experienced Servers to join our opening team in Georgetown, Washington, D.C.
We are a new full-service upscale restaurant and bar focused on warm, elevated hospitality, high-quality food and beverage, and creating a memorable guest experience.
We are looking for servers who are confident, personable, reliable, and genuinely enjoy hospitality. Ideal candidates will have previous full-service restaurant experience and be comfortable working in a polished, fast-paced environment.
What we're looking for:
- Previous serving experience strongly preferred
- Strong guest-service and communication skills
- Ability to learn and confidently speak about food, cocktails, wine, and menu ingredients
- Professional, warm, and team-oriented demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Evening and weekend availability
- Ability to work collaboratively with bartenders, runners, bussers, hosts, and BOH

Schedule: Full-time and part-time opportunities available
Compensation: Competitive hourly/tipped compensation based on position and experience
